Help your teen gain confidence, build responsibility, and learn life-saving driving skills at the Road America Teen Driving Program. This nationally recognized teen driving safety course goes beyond standard driver’s education. Teens face real-world driving challenges in a safe, off-street environment.

For over 12 years, West Bend Insurance Company, the Official Insurance Company of the Teen  Driving Program, has proudly supported this effort to make Wisconsin roads safer. Their partnership helps young drivers develop essential defensive driving skills, including emergency braking, hazard recognition, and collision avoidance.

Program Details

Price: $175 per person | $115 for West Bend Insurance customers (ask your agent for promo code).
Vehicles provided: Supplied by Sheboygan Chevrolet (models include Chevrolet Cruze, Malibu, Impala, Trax, or similar).
Eligibility: A valid driver’s license or learner’s permit is required.
Schedule: Classes run 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., April through November.
Lunch: Bring a bag lunch, order a Chef’s Selection box lunch (order when registering), or visit Elkhart Lake or Plymouth.
Parent involvement: Parents are strongly encouraged to attend with their teen.

Note: Participants may share the car with up to three other students. If your teen has motion sickness or a medical condition that could be affected by these exercises, please consult a doctor before registering.
