Please join us for Road America’s Annual
Explore Karting Day & Swap Meet with Open Test on Saturday, April
23, 2022. Whether you want to learn more about karting or
you are a new member of the Karting
Club family, this event is designed to showcase the sport of
karting.
The Explore Karting & Swap Meet is free for all attendees. Please enter Gate 4 (off of Highway J between 8:45 a.m. and 9 a.m. Program will begin promptly at 9 a.m. Minors will need to have a guardian present. This event will run Rain or Shine.
Tentative Schedule
Explore Karting
9 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.: Meet and Greet (Gate 4)
9:15 a.m. – 10 a.m.: Intro to Karting (Briggs & Stratton Motorplex
10 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.: Track Walk and Line Talk (Briggs & Stratton Motorplex)
10:45 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Test Rides (Briggs & Stratton Motorplex)

Swap Meet
8 a.m. – 9a.m.: Setup (Enter Gate 4)
9 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Swap Meet (Briggs & Stratton Motorplex Parking Area)
Motorplex Open Test
1 p.m. – 6 p.m.: Members & Non-Members bring your Karts out for a 5 hours of track time following the Explore Karting Event.
