Situated on 640 grassy acres in the rolling, wooded hills of
Wisconsin’s Kettle Moraine is Road America, an
internationally-known motorsports complex. With one of the
country’s longest road racing circuits, this world-acclaimed
facility has been hosting motorsports events and enthusiasts
since 1955.
More than just a day at the races, Road America offers a wide
range of opportunities for group events of all sizes. From small
events of four participants to massive events of 10,000+, we’re
confident in our ability to provide you with a program that’s
within your budget while exceeding your expectations. We look

Karting Adventure
Group Size: Minimum of 4
Program Length: Half-day
Age Group: 16 and older
Location: Road America Motorplex
Required Attire: Long pants, tennis shoes
Our most popular program begins with a short meet-and-greet
session followed by basic instruction by our professional racing
instructors. Instruction covers how to get in and out of the
karts, how the machine works and the proper line around the
track. During the track tour, instructors explain handling and
braking techniques for each corner around the course. Once the
tour is complete, the participants are split into groups and
sent out for on-track sessions utilizing karts capable of speeds
near 40mph. As groups progress through the program the track
configuration changes and participants transition to driving
purpose-built racing karts capable of speeds in excess of over
50mph.
Geocaching Adventure
Group Size: Minimum of 4
Program Length: Half-day

This technology-driven scavenger hunt is great for team-building.
The object of the program is simple: find all of the assigned
treasures (caches) in the shortest amount of distance possible.
Every group receives a program overview and instruction in using
a GPS device (Global Positioning System). Then teams are formed
and each group is given a unique list of GPS coordinates and a
golf cart so they can set off on their treasure hunt to retrieve
as many caches (treasures) as they can in the allotted time
period. Caches can include a Road America collectible or a fun
item related to your company.
Off Road Adventure
Group Size: Minimum of 4
Program Length: Half-day
Age Group: 16 and older, all levels of
experience
Location: Road America Adventure Trails
Required Attire: Long pants, tennis shoes
Take in Road America’s scenic beauty and glacial terrain from an
off road vehicle! This safe, guided program is great for
everyone, from first-time riders to experienced off-roaders. Road
America has seven off-road trails that vary in difficulty. The
outing begins with basic off road vehicle training, followed by
range exercises. Emphasis is placed on the capabilities of the
machine, safe speed and operation. Once the basic exercises are
complete, the trail rides begin. Our experienced guides keep a
careful eye on all of the riders to make sure they remain
comfortable with the increasing difficulty of each trail.
Event Sampler Adventure

Experience a taste of our most popular group adventure programs.
Participants use our geocaching adventure program equipment to
navigate throughout the facility. Built into this adventure
program are two pit stops, each treating participants to a fun
and exciting Road America activity. These pit stops include a
karting challenge on the Road America Motorplex and the popular
champagne slalom activity where participants get to test their
driving skills with one of our driving school vehicles. This
sampler program is sure to leave guests with a lasting impression
and a desire to return very soon!
Driving Adventure
Group Size: Minimum of 4

Pad

The Road America Driving Adventure is designed to hone driving
skills with behind-the-wheel fun. With an emphasis on defensive
driving and a small side of racing technique, this corporate
outing leaves guests talking for years to come. Classroom time
covers vehicle dynamics and common mistakes people make while
driving. Range time puts participants through various exercises
giving them first-hand knowledge of car control. A team relay
race concludes the day’s events with a graduation ceremony and
parting gifts.
Racing Adventure (Spec Miata)
Group Size: Minimum of 4
Program Length: Full-Day
Age Group: 18 and older
Location: Road America Motorplex / 4 Mile
Road Course / Skid Pad
Take your driving to the next level with this once-in-a-lifetime
opportunity that will quench your need for speed. This adventure
program is completed using the Mazda Miata MX5, which is a
purpose-built race car. The program begins with a classroom
discussion about driving techniques and then moves to in-car
lessons, which include braking, braking and turning and auto
crossing. The on-track portion of the experience includes
lead-follows on RA’s world-class road course. Learn the track,
experience the race cars and improve your driving techniques by
working with our professional driving coaches.
