Human Resource Manager

Road America is seeking an individual to fill a mid-level full-time position as a Human Resources Manager.  This position is responsible for talent management & recruitment, which involves scouting prospective candidates, job fairs, conducting interviews with qualified applicants, establishing an onboarding process for new hires, and conducting new employee orientation.  This role will oversee staffing policies, improve employee retention, and motivate staff through creating employee wellness initiatives.

Marketing Manager

Responsible for leading our marketing team and guiding the marketing efforts for all aspects of Road America’s business, the ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who applies marketing and project management knowledge to achieving the company’s business objectives and meeting the needs of our diverse stakeholder groups. Staff Accountant

Admissions Staff

The Admissions Staff is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the facility, scanning their tickets or selling tickets, answering any questions our customers have, and providing the best customer experience possible.

Camping Attendant
Seasonal

Being a Camping Attendant at Road America is a fun and exciting experience.  The Camping Attendant are a public relations liaisons for Road America and are often the first faces to greet our customers, acquaint campers with track activities, and answer questions on local amenities.

Corner Worker (Flagger)

The Course Observer position is responsible for the safety of the track participants and safety crews when they are on track. Providing our customers with a safe environment and assisting with emergencies as needed. This is a part-time seasonal worker from April – November.

The Security Officer position is responsible for ensure safety in a number of different areas and conducting routing patrols.  The Security Officer assumes a proactive role in keeping the facility safe. This is a part-time seasonal worker from April – September.

Road America is seeking an individual with a passion for motorsports to be part of the Paddock Shop team.  This position is responsible for greeting customers and assisting them with store sales.  This is a part-time seasonal worker from May-October with opportunity for occasional Nov-April hours.

Rider Coach

The Road America Motorcycle School (RAMS) is designed to be the pinnacle program for those seeking an introduction to the world of motorcycling. The facilities and equipment at Road America are second to none, and so are our RiderCoaches. As Road America RiderCoaches, we are not providing just a means to a class “M” endorsement for participants; we are creating a positive experience that will be remembered for years. Each participant will be treated as a valued customer and respected, regardless of their actual riding ability.

Safety Worker

The Safety worker position is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers and spectators, assisting them and providing services as needed.  Providing our customers with a safe environment and assisting with emergencies as needed. This is a part-time seasonal worker from April – October.
