Elkhart Lake’s Road America is actively seeking seasonal team members for the upcoming 2022 season which runs April through October. If you are a hard-working, enthusiastic individual who has a passion for motorsports and entertainment, we invite you to apply. 

Rider Coaches (2023 Season)

Road America will be hosting a Rider Coach Prep Course (RCP) the first three weekends in October, 2022. Let your personality and love for motorcycling shine through teaching participants how to ride. Space is limited, register by August 30, 2022. RCP Flyer

Road America hosts over 500 events a year and our seasonal staff is a key element to our success. A variety of seasonal positions are available which include flexible scheduling, active training, and a fun, outdoor work environment. Come join the fun in 2022 at America’s National Park of Speed!

Event Staff

The Event staff position is responsible for greeting customers, selling tickets, answering questions, providing security at locations, helping with parking and egress, and ensuring our guests are safe.  This is a part-time seasonal worker from April – September.

Family Fun Zone Supervisor

The Family Fun Zone Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the Family Fun Zone five weekends a summer.  This is a part-time seasonal worker from June – August.

The Golf Cart Attendant position is responsible for greeting customers, selling, and ensuring the safety of our customers.  This is a part-time seasonal worker from April – September.

Event Social Media Ambassador

Road America is seeking several (part-time/event based) Social Media Ambassadors to support the communications team in the creation and cultivation of the best content, social media, and fan engagement.

The ideal candidates must have a clear understanding and advanced knowledge of all major social media channels including: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok with understanding and interest in up and coming social media channels. The candidates must also be able to develop individual content plans and content campaigns prior to events while managing social media channels during events and possess in post-event reporting.

This position is responsible for cleaning and stocking restrooms and trash removal   This is a part-time seasonal worker from June-September for all public race weekends.

Road America is seeking an individual with a passion for motorsports to be part of the Paddock Shop team.  This position is responsible for greeting customers and assisting them with store sales.  This is a part-time seasonal worker from May-October with opportunity for occasional Nov-April hours.

Landscaper

Road America is looking for a candidate to assist with the property landscaping management.  This position oversees landscape projects for our 640 acres including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.  Works with area vendors to research, estimate and negotiate pricing for projects.

Rider Coach

The Road America Motorcycle School (RAMS) is designed to be the pinnacle program for those seeking an introduction to the world of motorcycling. The facilities and equipment at Road America are second to none, and so are our RiderCoaches. As Road America RiderCoaches, we are not providing just a means to a class “M” endorsement for participants; we are creating a positive experience that will be remembered for years. Each participant will be treated as a valued customer and respected, regardless of their actual riding ability.

Safety Worker

The Safety worker position is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers and spectators, assisting them and providing services as needed.  Providing our customers with a safe environment and assisting with emergencies as needed. This is a part-time seasonal worker from April – October.

The Security Officer position is responsible for ensure safety in a number of different areas and conducting routing patrols.  The Security Officer assumes a proactive role in keeping the facility safe. This is a part-time seasonal worker from April – September.
