Overview

Established in 1955, Road America is located midway between Milwaukee and Green Bay in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. This legendary 4-mile, 14-turn road circuit has challenged the world’s best racers for over 60 years. The 640-acre, park-like grounds offer an amazing setting for charity runs, walks, and cycling events for thousands of participants annually. Adrenaline junkies, novice cyclists and competitive athletes alike are certain to enjoy the thrill of pushing the limit on the world-renowned racetrack that is normally reserved for motorcycles and race cars. In addition to the track, Road America is equipped with several miles of walking paths and trails through the natural wooded terrain ideal for cross-country and endurance challenges. The facility also includes numerous permanent bathroom and shower facilities, concession stands, ample areas for temporary tent set ups, and extensive parking options.

12 Hours of Road America

This epic bicycling and running race event takes place during the overnight hours of 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. each August at Road America. The race track gives bicycle riders the opportunity to race on the same pavement that’s made history in the auto racing industry for years. The racing happens overnight on the partially illuminated track. Runners have the opportunity to race through the wooded trails and service roads adding another exciting factor to the event.

4 Miles of Fitness

Are you interested in an affordable way to get in shape while spending time with family and friends? Road America is now offering its 4 Miles of Fitness Events every Monday and Wednesday night from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., starting in May and running until the end of September.
