Overview

The WeatherTech Chicago Region SCCA June Sprints return to Road America June 6-8, 2025. The June Sprints have been held every year at Road America since 1956. The 69th WeatherTech® Chicago Region SCCA June Sprints at Road America will feature everything from showroom stock to highly modified purpose-built race cars from eight distinct race groups. 

With Road America’s park-like setting, trackside viewing, up-close access to drivers and teams, and legendary cuisine appealing to drivers and fans alike, it’s no wonder the June Sprints remains one of the nation’s premier amateur sports car racing events.

The June Sprints race weekend in beautiful Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin features affordable fun for families and racing enthusiasts alike. Make it a weekend of outdoor enjoyment by camping on-site on one of Road America’s 1,000+ campsites or in a fully furnished on-site cabin.  Children 16 and under receive free general admission with a paying adult to all Road America season race events.

Main Gate – Located on Hwy 67

Camping Registration

  • Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

Please read the RA Rules before arriving. Only licensed (by the Dept. of Motor Vehicle) vehicles are allowed on the property. Only foot traffic allowed in the paddock.

Need some help getting around at RA?

The TRAM will run Saturday and Sunday.  Watch for the TRAM flags at the pick-up points.

Bank First Family Fun Zone

Free admission for kids age 12 and younger (children must be supervised).

Located at Turn 1 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. | Saturday and Sunday only

  • Free gift for each registered child age 12 and under at the Fun Zone
  • Annual birthday postcard mailed to each child. 

Public Karting

$25/session
$60/three race pass
$250/weekend unlimited pass

Ages 14 and older. A parent/guardian must be present if under 18.

Location: Briggs & Stratton Motorplex, infield over the SpeedVille Bridge, near Turns 7 and 8

Karts can reach speeds of up to 40 mph.

Disc Golf

Location

  • Front Nine: Tee #1 is located across from Gearbox concessions in the paddock.
  • Back Nine: Tee #10 is located west of the Sargento Bridge, towards Motorplex

Rental discs are available in Paddock Shop.

Camping

PLEASE ENTER THROUGH GATE 4. OPEN 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Road America has over 1,000 sites throughout the property. Sites are approximately 20×40 and are on different surfaces such as grass, pavement, and gravel. Electrical sites come equipped with 50 amp service.

Campers when purchasing a campsite you will also need to purchase: 

  • Full event ticket (for everyone over the age of 16)
  • Camping wristband (for everyone over the age of 16)

​for all individuals who will be staying on the grounds during the event.  It is required that when purchasing a campsite, you purchase at least one full event ticket and one wristband with your purchase.

Campsites do not have water hook-ups. However, Road America has potable water available in the Carousel.  We have two dump stations located in the Carousel and near Gate 6.
