Customer Service – Call Center



The Customer Service – Call Center Representative position is responsible for inbound and outbound calls.  These individuals will be answering incoming calls to our 800 number helping customers with questions and orders and also building relationships with our customers by reaching out throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

As part of the Administrative team, you will be responsible for

  • Responsible for all Inbound and outbound calls.
  • Meet call and sales goals goals.
  • Providing information to give the best customer experience possible.
  • Group Sales.


All candidates must be at least 16 years of age, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have experience with sales, and a passion for motorsports.  This position is part-time 4-6 hours per day, working 3-4 days per week.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:  

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands.  Also, it is subject to noise and fast-moving objects. Must have the ability to lift at least 25 lbs. occasionally.


This position is part-time 4-6 hours per day, working 3-4 days per week.  Occasional Saturdays during the off-season.
