ELKHART LAKE, Wis., – July 14, 2022 –  IMSA Fastlane, a digital fan engagement platform being developed by Minti Labs, has entered into a multi-year agreement with Road America to serve as the title sponsor for Road America’s most popular sportscar racing weekend starting August 4-7, 2022. The newly titled “IMSA Fastlane SportsCar Weekend” will feature the 4-hour Michelin Pilot Challenge on Saturday and the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship on Sunday.

ELKHART LAKE, Wis., – June 24, 2022 – There were only two road course events on the NASCAR Cup Series schedule when Austin Dillon joined the elite stock car series full-time in 2014.

The 2022 slate boasts six road course events, including Road America — the Kwik Trip 250 Presented by JOCKEY Made in America on July 3. Dillon finished 11th at the 4.048-mile, 14-turn course at last year’s NASCAR Cup event won by Chase Elliott in 2021.

ELKHART LAKE, Wis., – April 14, 2022 – A special Thursday night winged sprint car doubleheader returns on June 30 as the Road America Challenge presented by Kunes RV at the Plymouth Dirt Track featuring the Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series kicks off the NASCAR Cup Kwik Trip 250 presented by JOCKEY Made in America weekend June 30-July 3. Located just five miles from Road America at Sheboygan County Fair Park, the 1/3-mile Plymouth Dirt Track will have shuttles to transport fans to-and-from Road America.

ELKHART LAKE, Wis., – January 19, 2022 – Sonsio has signed on to be the title sponsor for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES event at Road America, and American Medical Response has agreed to return as the presenting sponsor. The race will be known as the NTT INDYCAR SERIES Sonsio Grand Prix presented by AMR. The green flag will fly on the event at approximately 12 p.m. CST on June 12, 2022, and the event will be aired LIVE on NBC.

ELKHART LAKE, Wis., – Sept. 14, 2021 – Vintage racers from across the U.S. will take to the track September 17-19 as Road America hosts the Ariens Art on Wheels Weekend featuring VSCDA. The annual celebration of vintage and historic sports cars attracts over 280 cars to the famed 4-mile, 14-turn road course. The fan-friendly paddock is open to spectators for close-up views of amazing racing machines prepared to era specifications all weekend. 

ELKHART LAKE, Wis., – August 24, 2021 – It’s been a perfect season so far for young Jacob Ruud of Racine, Wis., during the debut of the TCX racing division in the TC America competition, a portion of the big SRO World Challange America road racing weekends. 

Driving the No. 81 Light Speed/Classic BMW BMW M2 for Fast Track Racing this year, Ruud, the 21-year-old college student, has won six main events in six starts in the TCX division including six pole positions and five fastest race laps.
